Popular Jabiru kits are the luxury J430 4 seater powered by the Gen 4 3300 engine and the J170 microlight where full details can be seen at www.jabiru.net.au. Current Rans aircraft include the Tandem S7S and the Jabiru- or Rotax-powered S19. The S20 and S21 are also current Rans productions, but not in the UK skies at present.

The Jabiru 2200 and 3300 Gen 4 engines are a great step forward and used in numerous airframes besides the Jabiru airframe. They are the current upgrade of choice with high demand and increasing lead times, so book early to avoid disappointment. They are thinking of dumping the water and gearbox issues of the Rotax then Jabiru produce a wide range of conversion engine mounts.
